Welcome to CrownCoins! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://eng-en-crowncoins.com and all associated social sweepstakes games, services, and applications operated by CrownCoins. By accessing or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Social Sweepstakes Operating Model

CrownCoins is a legal social sweepstakes entertainment platform. No purchase is necessary to register, play, or claim promotional rewards. The platform operates using two distinct virtual tokens:

• Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens used exclusively for casual entertainment. Gold Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and cannot be transferred.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Complimentary promotional tokens obtained for free via daily login streaks, mail-in requests (AMOE), social media drops, or bonus rewards accompanying Gold Coin package purchases. Sweeps Coins won through eligible promotional play are redeemable for real cash prizes or gift cards.

2. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions

To access crowncoins, create an account, or participate in promotional sweepstakes, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age where required by local state law).
• Be physically located in an eligible US state. Residents of Idaho, Washington, Nevada, Michigan, Montana, Louisiana, and New York are strictly prohibited from opening accounts or participating in sweepstakes play.

3. Account Registration & KYC Audits

Users are allowed a maximum of one (1) registered account per person and household. Registering duplicate accounts, utilizing VPNs to mask restricted state locations, or providing false registration information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Prior to approving any Sweeps Coin prize redemption, crowncoins requires users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification audit by providing valid government photo identification and proof of US residence.

4. Prize Redemption Conditions

Eligible Sweeps Coins must meet a minimum $1\times$ playthrough requirement on platform slots before becoming redeemable. Prize redemptions are subject to minimum balance limits (e.g., 50 SC for digital gift cards, 100 SC for direct electronic bank transfers). Approved cash transfers are disbursed exclusively to bank accounts matching the verified player's legal name.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in cheating, automated bot scripting, exploiting technical bugs, harassing staff or players, or manipulating the promotional sweepstakes framework. CrownCoins reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without prior notice.
